Returns & Exchanges

At Petoi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your programmable robotics; if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all technical components and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage the robot and all accessories in the original box to ensure sensitive electronic components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
